Chair Osmond called the meeting to order at 2:14 pm.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Stevenson moved to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Morgan and Sen. Niederhauser absent for the vote.
S.B. 152 Charter School Financing (Sen. J. Valentine)
Sen. Valentine introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to amend the bill as follows.
