Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Morgan, Sen. Niederhauser, Sen. Stephenson, and Sen. Stevenson absent for the vote.
H.B. 218 Local School Board Business Administrator (D. McCay)
Rep. McCay introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Morgan, Sen. Niederhauser, and Sen. Stevenson absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to place H.B. 218 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
Sen. Stephenson assumed the chair.
