Sen. Stephenson called the meeting to order at 7:07 am.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the minutes of the February 29, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Morgan and Sen. Niederhauser absent for the vote.
S.B. 216 Digital Safety for Utah Secondary Schools (Sen. A. Osmond)
Sen. Osmond introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to pass the S.B. 216 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser absent for the vote.
S.B. 217 Math Materials Access Improvement Grant (Sen. A. Osmond)

MOTION: Sen. Morgan moved to pass S.B. 217 out favorably with an amendment as follows:

The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. H. Stephenson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
