Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m. He announced to the public that S.B. 153 and H.B. 253 S01 would not be heard today.

Approval of Minutes

MOTION:    
Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 3, 2012 meeting.     The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
Sen. Knudson relinquished the chair to Sen. Dayton.

S.B. 159    State Fair Park Risk Management (L. Hillyard)
