Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.
S.B. 192 Bond Validation Act Amendments (Sen. B. McAdams)
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
2nd Sub. H.B. 26 Purchasing from Community Rehabilitation Programs
Amendments (Rep. M. Poulson) (Sen. P. Jones)
Rep. Poulson introduced and explained the bill.
Spoke for the bill: Mr. Dean Hoffman, Executive Director, Columbus Community
Service and Chair, Utah Works
MOTION: Sen. Anderson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Sen. Knudson adjourned the meeting at 4:14 p.m.
