Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 8:40 a.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2012 and February 14, 2012 meetings. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.
S.B. 197 Attorney General Amendments (Sen. J. Stevenson)
Sen. Stevenson presented and explained the bill.
Spoke to the bill: Mr. Wade Farraway, Utah Attorney General's Office
MOTION: Sen. Anderson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to place the bill on the consent calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Anderson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Sen. Knudson adjourned the meeting at 8:44 a.m.
