MOTION: Sen. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of the February 16, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Dayton absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to replace S.B. 153 with 1st Sub. S.B. 153. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Dayton absent for the vote.
