Sen. Jenkins presented and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Robles moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Thatcher moved to approve the minutes of the February 28, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
S.C.R. 7 Concurrent Resolution Approving the Interlocal Agreement Creating the Jordan River Commission (A. Osmond)
Sen. Osmond presented and explained the resolution.

MOTION: Sen. Anderson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Jenkins and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote.
MOTION: Sen. Robles moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Jenkins and Sen. Thatcher absent for the vote. Chair Knudson adjourned the meeting at 5:07 p.m.
