Committee Chair Okerlund called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Davis and Sen. Hinkins absent for the vote.
H.C.R. 6 Navajo Electrification Demonstration Project Concurrent Resolution (Rep. C. Watkins) (Sen. D. Hinkins)
Rep. Watkins introduced and explained the resolution.
MOTION: Sen Dayton moved to pass the resolution out favorably. The motion passed, with Sen. Anderson voting in opposition.
S.B. 84 Water Skiing Amendments (Sen. C. Anderson)
Sen. Anderson introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to proceed to the next item on the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Okerlund relinquished the chair to Sen. Christensen.
S.B. 61 Invasive Species Amendments (Sen. R. Okerlund)
Sen. Okerlund introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Okerlund moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
Sen. Okerlund resumed the Chair.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Chair Okerlund adjourned the meeting at 3:15.
