Committee Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 4:11 p.m..

Sen. Reid introduced and explained the bill.

MOTION:    Sen. Adams moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed, with Sen. McAdams and Sen. Romero voting in opposition.

Sen. Bramble relinquished the chair to Sen. Romero.
