Committee Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to approve minutes of the February 7, February 8, and February 10, 2012 meetings. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Adams, Sen. Niederhauser, and Sen. Stephenson absent for the vote.
S.B. 69 Assessments Area Amendments (Sen. W. Niederhauser) was not heard.
Sen. Bramble relinquished the chair to Sen. Valentine.
S.B. 229 Telecommunications Regulatory Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)
Sen. Bramble introduced and explained the bill.
