Committee Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.
H.B. 323 Sales and Use Tax Collection Amendments (Rep. D. Butterfield) (Sen. L. Hillyard) was not considered.
S.B. 273 Surplus Property Amendments (Sen. B. McAdams)
Sen. McAdams introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 3, Lines 59 through 60
59 (f) a facility for a charter school

Charter Schools Act.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser and Sen. Romero absent for the vote.

MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser and Sen. Romero absent for the vote.
Sen. Bramble relinquished the chair to Sen. Adams.
S.B. 180 Political Subdivision Ethics Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)
Sen. Bramble introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to replace S.B. 180 with 1st Sub. S.B. 180. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser absent for the vote.
Sen. McAdams declared a conflict of interest.
