Committee Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 9:18 a.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to approve minutes of the February 21 and February 23, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Romero absent for the vote.
S.B. 275 Municipal Government Revisions (Sen. B. McAdams)
Sen. McAdams introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Sen. Romero absent for the vote.
Sen. Bramble relinquished the chair to Sen. Adams.
S.B. 221 Revenue and Tax Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)
Kris Poulsen, Utah County Assessor, introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Bramble moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
