Chair Van Tassell called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to approve minutes of the January 31, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Jenkins and Mayne absent for the vote.
S.B. 50 Motor Vehicle Impoundment Amendments (Sen. M. Waddoups)
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to adopt the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 22 :
22 This bill

2. Page 3, Lines 82 through 86 :
82 Section 2. Effective date.

If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill

MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to transmit S.B. 148 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

1st Sub. S.B. 113 License Plates Amendments (L. Robles)
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adopt the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 21 through 22 :
21 . provides that a violation of the requirement to attach a license plate to the front of a
