Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to approve minutes of the February 24, 2012, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
S.B. 290 Utah Futures Program (Sen. H. Stephenson)
Sen. Stephenson introduced and explained the bill assisted by Senator Aaron Osmond. Both answered questions from the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to transmit S.B. 290 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 195 Transportation Safety Revisions (Sen. K. Mayne)
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to adopt 1st Sub. S.B. 195. The motion passed unanimously.
