Chair Reid called the meeting to order at 2:13 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Okerlund moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Osmond absent for the vote.
S.B. 164 Transportation Funding Amendments (Sen. J. Stevenson)
MOTION: Sen. Stevenson moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 1, Lines 16 through 20 :

19 Transportation shall provide $1,000,000 of the funds to West Jordan City for certain
