WASTE TIRE AMENDMENTS

Representative Neal B. Hendrickson proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 18 through 19 :
18 . deletes references to the Waste Tire Recycling Industrial Assistance Loan Program
19 and the Waste Tire Recycling Industrial Assistance Loan Fund;
. designates that the proceeds of a registration fee imposed under Section19-6-806 be deposited in the Waste Tire Recycling Fund;
and
2. Page 7, Lines 189 through 193 :
189 (2) The fund shall consist of:
190 (a) the proceeds of the fee imposed under Section 19-6-805 ;
(b) the proceeds of a registration fee imposed under Section 19-6-806;

penalties collected under this part; and

(d)
assets transferred to and loan repayments deposited in the fund pursuant to Section
