Representative Steve Eliason proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 12 through 13 :

eliminates the requirement to take a course in financial literacy to graduate from

requires the State Board of Education to provide a general financial literacy test-out
option;
2. Page 6, Lines 160 through 163 :
160 (a) use competency-based standards and assessments;
