Representative Fred C. Cox proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 12 :    

             12          .    updates the version of the National Electrical Code
  and the Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code       adopted by the state;


2.    Page 1, Line 15 :    

             15      chapter;
{   and   }

    
  . prohibits the state and political subdivisions of the state from adopting any version of the International Green Construction Code; and      


3.    Page 3, Line 59 :    

             59      Control, the Legislature adopts the
{   2006   }        2009       edition of the Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code,


4.    Page 3, Line 63 :    

             63      this section.
    
  (3) The state and a county, city, town, or other political subdivision of the state may not adopt any version of the International Green Construction Code.
