      Section 19. Establishing a fee.

    Under the terms and conditions of Utah Code Title 63J Chapter 1, the following fees are approved for the use and support of the government of the State of Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013:
    Social Services
Department of Health
Family Health and Preparedness
Facility Licensure, Certification, and Resident Assessment
        Two Year Licensing Base Fees
            Background Checks                            $15.
    Section 20. Coordinating H.B. 497 with H.B. 2 -- Substantive changes.
    If this H.B, 497 and H.B. 2 New Fiscal Year Supplemental Appropriations Act, both pass and become law, the Legislature intends that Section 19, Establishing a fee, in this H.B. 497 supercedes the fee established in H.B. 2, for the Department of Health, Family Preparedness, Facility Licensure, Certification, and Resident Assessment, two year licensing base fee for background checks.
