8 General Description:
9 This bill appropriates additional funding for certain public schools.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 . appropriates additional WPUs to necessarily existent small schools; and
13 . makes technical and conforming amendments.

15 This bill appropriates in fiscal year 2013-14:

23 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24 Section 1. Appropriation.
25 Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, for
26 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, and ending June 30, 2014, the following sums of money
27 are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts
28 previously appropriated, out of the funds or accounts indicated. These sums of money are in
29 addition to any amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2014.
