21 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22 WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 36-12-7 , (1953), the Legislative
23 Management Committee, upon recommendation of its Budget Subcommittee, has
24 recommended the reappointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the
25 Utah Legislature; and
26 WHEREAS, the reappointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball in this position for a term of
27 office of six years commencing July 17, 2013, is subject to further approval of a majority vote

28 of both the House of Representatives and the Senate:
29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
30 the reappointment of Mr. Jonathan C. Ball as Legislative Fiscal Analyst for the Utah
31 Legislature be approved for a six-year term of office commencing July 17, 2013.
