Mr. Bryce Bird, Director, Division of Air Quality, Department of Environmental Quality, presented a brief overview of air quality and distributed a handout.

Ms. Kathleen Kaufman, Utah Nurses Association, spoke for the bill.
Ms. Shelly Teuscher, Andeavor, spoke for the bill.
Ms. Michelle McOmber, Utah Medical Association, spoke for the bill.
Rep. Handy moved to replace H.B. 101 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 101.
Rep. Hawkes moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 101 out favorably.
H.B. 211 Freight Switcher Emissions Mitigation
