 Rep. Raymond P. Ward presented the bill with the assistance of Ms. Michelle McOmber, Chief Executive Officer, Utah Medical Association.
 Rep. Miles moved to replace H.B. 260 with 1st Substitute H.B. 260.
 Rep. Winder moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 260 with Amendment #2.
 Rep. Winder's motion to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 260 with Amendment #2
 Rep. Ray moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 260, as amended, out favorably.
 H.B. 347 Law Enforcement Agreements (Watkins, C.)
 Rep. Christine F. Watkins presented the bill with the assistance of Ms. Bridget Romano, Chief Civil Deputy, Office of the Attorney General, and Mr. Nathan Bracken, Myton City.
 Mr. Nathan Sumbot, Deputy General Counsel, Office of the Governor, State of Utah, spoke in favor of the bill.
