 Rep. Maloy moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 81 out favorably.
 S.B. 101 Navajo Code Talker Recognition (Iwamoto, J.)
 Sen. Iwamoto explained the bill and distributed a handout entitled "Navajo Code Talker Highway."
 George Chapman, citizen, spoke in favor of the bill.
 Rep. Moss moved to pass S.B. 101 out favorably.
