Sen. David Hinkins presented with the assistance of Teresa Wilhelmsen, State Engineer and Director of the Utah Division of Water Rights, and Candice Hasenyager, Director, Utah Division of Water Resources.
Sen. Davis moved to replace S.B. 221 with 1st Substitute S.B. 221.
Sen. Davis moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 221 out favorably.
Sen. Ipson moved to approve the minutes of February 18, 2022.
