AMENDED BILL
This bill significantly adds to the Guardian Ad Litem program. Additional revenues are anticipated as follows: Collections from parents ($20,000); Criminal surcharge at 2.5 percent ($306,300), to be placed in a new General Funds Restricted-Guardian Ad Litem Services Account; and as much as $40,000 from donated jury
