This bill creates a task force to develop teacher termination procedures. The bill also appropriates $20,000 from the General Fund in FY 1997 to fund the costs associated with the operation of the task force as follows: $2,500 to the Senate, $2,500 to the House of Representatives, and $15,000 to the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel.
