No fiscal impact to enact this bill. However, if toll roads are built, revenue would flow into the restricted account from tolls collected. The amount will depend on the location of the road, the amount of the toll, and the number of vehicles. Expenditures from the account would be required to collect tolls and for additional accounting functions. The Division of Finance continues to experience increased costs associated with the growth of new funds in State government. For every 30 funds created, the cost of a new accountant will be included for the fiscal note costs.
