Provisions of this bill creates a task force to study electrical deregulation. The bill appropriates $197,000 from the General Fund in FY 1997. Those funds will be distributed $20,000 to the Senate, $27,000 to the House of Representatives, and $150,000 to the Office of Research and General Counsel.
