There may be some additional costs to counties for modified or additional feasibility studies. Costs will vary depending on the number of proposals and the size of the areas to be annexed or incorporated. Costs to affected counties and newly incorporated municipalities for notification, feasibility studies and elections could range between $5,000 and $30,000. There may also be additional legal fees.
