Passage of this bill could increase Centennial Highway Trust Fund revenues by $16,500,000 in FY 1998 and by $16,995,000 in FY 1999. The Tax Commission would require a General Fund appropriation of $47,000 in FY 1997 to implement the provisions of the bill.
