Staffing for the Medical Advisory Board to develop guidelines and standards for both function and fitness for commercial driver's licenses will cost approximately $45,400. Projected revenue to the Transportation - Public Safety Restricted Fund will be totally expended by projected FY 1998 budgets. This bill would, therefore, have to be funded by General Fund. The expansion of judicial review may cause increased court costs at some future date.
