Provisions of this bill allows the Transportation Commission to issue grants from the Centennial Highway Trust Fund up to $1,000,000. It is unknown how many county governments will qualify under provisions of the bill for consideration for the grant. It is estimated that currently one county would qualify. It is unknown if the Transportation Commission would make the grants up to the $1,000,000 for each county that qualifies.
