Passage of this bill could decrease the General Fund by $22,580,000 in FY 1999 and by $55,180,000 in FY 2000. When fully implemented there is a potential General Fund loss of $121,203,000. The Tax Commission will require a General Fund appropriation of $207,300 to implement the provisions of the bill.
