AMENDED BILL
Current taxes collected under the fee-in-lieu for eligible properties totals approximately $135,485,000. This bill provides for a flat fee which is dependent on the age of a vehicle which will generate approximately $139,237,000. The revenue generated by the shift from a fee-in-lieu to a flat fee would be
