AMENDED BILL
Provisions of the amendments to this bill changed the fees assessed to the radioactive waste disposed of in Utah. It is estimated that fee revenue to the General Fund Restricted - Environmental Quality Account will increase by approximately $1,000,000 in FY 1999 and a like amount in FY 2000.
