AMENDED NOTE
Provisions of the amendments to this bill imposes a $15 per ton tax on radioactive waste disposed of in Utah. It is estimated that revenue to the General Fund will increase by approximately $2,900,000 in FY 1999 and a like amount in FY 2000.
