There may be additional costs at the local school district level for local school boards to provide for the evaluation of provisional and probationary educators at least twice each school year. Local school districts would also forfeit $1,000 of Uniform School Fund revenue for each failure to conduct an evaluation of a provisional educator. The total costs of compliance and/or failure to do so would be borne by the local school districts and are not possible to estimate. There is no direct impact to the State.
