This bill appropriates $290,000 from the Uniform School Fund to the Utah State Board of Education. Inasmuch as the funding is for a pilot program and the State Board of Education will monitor the program and report on its effectiveness (and viability for future funding), the Analyst assumes that the funding is one-time in nature.
