The cost of the salary increases for elected officials proposed by this bill is $11,200 from the General Fund in FY 2000. The bill also increases the minimum and maximum rates of the executive pay plan for appointed officials by 2.5 percent. Any fiscal impact will depend upon salary increases approved by the Governor within the authorized rates.
