Passage of this bill would result in an increase of $114,000 per year to the General Fund Restricted - Off Highway Vehicle Fund. This assumes that 4,000 users will pay $30 each, for a total of $120,000. Assuming half of the user fees are sold by agents, net collections would be reduced by $6,000.
