This bill directs the correction enterprise that refurbishes computers to sell them to school districts at a break-even cost. Up to now this operation has been subsidized by the State and the correction enterprise. Cost to the districts will likely increase. As there is no on-going funding in the School Finance Act for this project to phase out, this bill will have no impact on State finances.
