To enforce the provisions of this bill, an additional Commerce Investigator is needed in FY 2000. The additional expense can be absorbed within appropriated budgets. The Division budget may need to be increased in subsequent years depending on the caseload. There will also be some additional expense in Corrections for felony probation cases. Initially it is estimated that this can be absorbed within existing budgets.
