Provisions of this bill could effect savings to the State's Residence Lien Recovery Fund, making more funds available to qualified claimants. Savings would come from a reduced interest rate and the claim application fee that would no longer be reimbursable. It is estimated that these savings could be more than $10,800 per year. Appropriations are not made to or from this Fund.
