Provisions of this bill provide that appropriations subcommittes meet monthly during the interim. Estimated cost to implement this provision is $270,400 from the General Fund in FY 2001 and $54,100 from the General Fund in FY 2000. Those Funds will be distributed $75,400 to the Senate and $195,000 to the House of Representatives in FY 2001 and $15,100 tdo the Senate and $39,000 to the House of Representatives in FY 2000.
