             8      LONG TITLE
             9      General Description:
             10          This bill appropriates $2,000,000 to the Division of Housing and Community
             11      Development to be granted to the Swanson Foundation for the Swanson Tactical
             12      Training Center.
             13      Highlighted Provisions:
             14          This bill:
             15          .    appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2008-09 only, to the
             16      Division of Housing and Community Development to be granted to the Swanson
             17      Foundation for the Swanson Tactical Training Center.
             18      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             19          This bill appropriates:
             20          .    $2,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2008-09 only, to the Division of
             21      Housing and Community Development to be granted to the Swanson Foundation for
             22      the Swanson Tactical Training Center.

             28      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             29          Section 1. Appropriation.
             30          For fiscal year 2008-09 only, there is appropriated $2,000,000 from the General Fund to
             31      the Division of Housing and Community Development in the Department of Community and
             32      Culture to be granted to the Swanson Foundation to be used exclusively for the Swanson
             33      Tactical Training Center.
