             8      General Description:
             9          This bill repeals a section relating to the priority of water rights.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This bill:
             12          .    repeals a section relating to the priority of water rights in times of scarcity.
             13      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             14          None
             15      Other Special Clauses:
             16          This bill takes effect on May 11, 2010.
             17      Utah Code Sections Affected:
             18      REPEALS:
             19          73-3-21, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             20     
             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Repealer.
             23          This bill repeals:
             24          Section 73-3-21, Priorities between appropriators.
             25          Section 2. Effective date.
             26          This bill takes effect on May 11, 2010.
