             7      LONG TITLE
             8      General Description:
             9          This bill provides legislative action regarding administrative rules.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This bill:
             12          .    reauthorizes all state agency administrative rules except a Division of
             13      Environmental Response and Remediation rule governing work performed by
             14      licensed engineers and geologists, and a Division of Environmental Response and
             15      Remediation rule governing third party consultant requirements.
             16      Money Appropriated in this Bill:
             17          None
             18      Other Special Clauses:
             19          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2011.
             20      Uncodified Material Affected:
             21      ENACTS UNCODIFIED MATERIAL

             23      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             24          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
             25          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for the following:
             26          (1) R311-201-11, Environmental Quality, Environmental Response and Remediation,
             27      Underground Storage Tanks: Certification Programs and UST Operator Training, Work
             28      Performed by Licensed Engineers or Geologists; and
             29          (2) R311-207-9, Environmental Quality, Environmental Response and Remediation,


             30      Accessing the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund for Leaking Petroleum Storage Tanks, Third
             31      Party Consultant.
             32          Section 2. Effective date.
             33          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
             34      May 1, 2011.
