             8      General Description:
             9          This bill modifies the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This bill:
             12          .    removes the sunset date for Title 58, Chapter 9, Funeral Services Licensing Act.
             13      Money Appropriated in this Bill:

             15      Other Special Clauses:

             17      Utah Code Sections Affected:
             18      AMENDS:
             19          63I-1-258, as last amended by Laws of Utah 2012, Chapters 82, 234, and 349

             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Section 63I-1-258 is amended to read:
             23           63I-1-258. Repeal dates, Title 58.
             24          [(1) Title 58, Chapter 9, Funeral Services Licensing Act, is repealed July 1, 2018.]
             25          [(2)] (1) Title 58, Chapter 13, Health Care Providers Immunity from Liability Act, is
             26      repealed July 1, 2016.
             27          [(3)] (2) Title 58, Chapter 15, Health Facility Administrator Act, is repealed July 1,
             28      2015.
             29          [(4)] (3) Section 58-17b-309.5 is repealed July 1, 2015.


             30          [(5)] (4) Title 58, Chapter 20a, Environmental Health Scientist Act, is repealed July 1,
             31      2013.
             32          [(6)] (5) Title 58, Chapter 40, Recreational Therapy Practice Act, is repealed July 1,
             33      2023.
             34          [(7)] (6) Title 58, Chapter 41, Speech-language Pathology and Audiology Licensing
             35      Act, is repealed July 1, 2019.
             36          [(8)] (7) Title 58, Chapter 42a, Occupational Therapy Practice Act, is repealed July 1,
             37      2015.
             38          [(9)] (8) Title 58, Chapter 46a, Hearing Instrument Specialist Licensing Act, is
             39      repealed July 1, 2013.
             40          [(10)] (9) Title 58, Chapter 47b, Massage Therapy Practice Act, is repealed July 1,
             41      2014.
             42          [(11)] (10) Section 58-69-302.5 is repealed on July 1, 2015.
             43          [(12)] (11) Title 58, Chapter 72, Acupuncture Licensing Act, is repealed July 1, 2017.
             44          [(13)] (12) Section 58-13-2.5 is repealed July 1, 2013.
